Abdibaev Almas Kyrgyzbayevich was born on December 17, 1982 in Zhambyl district, Almaty region.
In 2012, he graduated from M.H.Dulati Taraz State University, majoring in Architecture - he was awarded the academic degree of Bachelor of Architecture. In 2016, he graduated from the above-mentioned university with a degree in Construction, where he was awarded a master's degree in Engineering and Technology.
He began his career on July 1, 1999 as a worker in the Zhambyl production cooperative, Zhambyl district, Almaty region.
2005-2007. worked in JSC "Republican Television and Radio Corporation "Kazakhstan" as an installation operator of the information and analytical service of the Kazakh radio JSC "Republican Television and Radio Corporation "Kazakhstan" Almaty. In the period from
2007-2008, he worked as a designer at Zhambylarchitekturaservice LLP.
2008 - 2009. He was an architectural technician at the State Enterprise "Saulet".
2009 - 2013 worked as a director of Bes Konys LLP;
2013 - 2016 worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Zhambyl district, Almaty region, Uzynagash village.
In 2016-2019 he worked as the head of the Department of land relations of Zhambyl district, Almaty region, Uzynagash village. In 2019, he was appointed deputy akim of Zhambyl district, Almaty region, Uzynagash village.
In 2020, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Bastobinsky rural district", Karatal district, Almaty region, Bastobe village.
In 2020-2021, he became Deputy head of the Department of the State Institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Almaty region".
In 2022, he worked as the head of the Department of support for the urban planning service of the State Institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Almaty region".
In 2022-2024, he was Deputy General Director for general issues of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Kazrestavratsiya" of the CC MCI of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and on June 14, 2024, he was appointed General Director of the RSE at the PCV "Kazrestoration".
